1. How will I ship?

We have our own logistics warehouse to deliver products. We will choose to ship to the nearest warehouse.

2. When will my order ship?

Our goal is to process the order within 2-3 working days. Expected to reach customers in 4-10 days

3. I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together, because depending on the product, different shipping methods can be used. After the item is sent out, you will receive an email notification email.

4. After the package is shipped, can I change the delivery address of the package?

Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment.

5. What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the ordered product?

6. How do I track my order?

You can track orders during processing and after leaving our warehouse

Processing: You can check the status on the "My Orders" page of your mttshome account.

Sent: After your order has been sent, you will receive our email. In this email, there is tracking information for your package and the website where you can track your order. Tracking information is also provided on your "Order Details" page.

7. How to change the delivery address?

Once you realize that you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once the delivery, we will not be able to change the address. Contact customer service immediately (or send an email to service@mttshome.com）!

8. Does the price include freight?

If the product is marked as "Free Shipping", you do not have to pay for shipping. Free shipping to the world.

Europe
How do I calculate shipping and handling costs?
Our shipping fee costs 200$ within Europe.
What are the shipping options available?
Usually we use door to door delivery services (via UPS, DPD or DHL) to your delivery address. Some of our deliveries are also made by trucks when the products are too large.

Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
