- Please note: If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier who delivered the package within 24 hours of receipt. After the customer signs the delivery of the product intact, Mttshome assumes no responsibility.
- Return policy
Mttshome may return the product for refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of product delivery. Any product received after 15 days will be acceptable, but a return of goods after 15 days will be subject to a product processing fee of 25% of the selling price.
- If you purchase an incorrect item, you no longer need the item, or the product is not the item you want to order, you can return it to us in its original (unopened/unused) state for exchange, But the shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.
- If you choose to replace the defective product, we will send you a return shipping label via email so that you can return the defective product. After receiving and checking whether the product complies with this return policy, we will immediately send you a replacement product for free.
